HEALTHY DIET


Eating correctly is an essential part of living healthy. It necessary to watch you cholesterol intake and to make your you recieve your daily portions of grains, dairy, meat, and produce. Having a healthy diet can aid in the prevention of many diseases including cardiac, obesity, and many cancers. The food guide pyramid is a great way of measuring you food group consumotion. The pyramid was composed of a healtyh and essential food group intake. Each food group has a certain purpose for example the grains group are high in fiber. Fiber is essential for healthy digestion. The meats group are abundant in proteins. Proteins aid in muscle growth. The dairy group are abundant in vitamin D. Which aids in healthy bone and teeth strength.

Physical excercise

Physical excercise is a very important factor in living a healthy lifestyle. Health is defined as "a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity". Thy physical portion of this is crutial. Excercise can be the differing variable in many diseases. For example a 60 year old man who has lived his life excercising is less likely prone to heart disease. Than that of a man who has lived a life with no physical activity. There is a has been studies which prove the relation between cardiovascular health and excercise. Excercise can also decrease the production of cortesol in the body. Another contributing factor of excercise is the production of endorphins which are a natural pain reliever and pain reliever. So not only does excercise contribute to your physical health but also to your emotional health.

Multivitamins......

Multivitamins are an essential part of life. Our bodies need certain vitamins to function properly. Multivitamins are a great way to obtain all these nutrients. Whilst there are a numerous ways to obtain different types of nutrients (Food). But not all of us can eat a perfectly balanced meal. Thus the point of multivitamins. But depending on your health and age there different criteria of multivitamins. for example a 50 year old man will have an abundance of vitamins B6, E, and D which have an anti-inflammatory effect and suppor healthy prostate health. As opposed to younger patients multivitamin which will hold an abundance of DHA & OMEGA-3. Which is good for healthy brain development and growth. Vitamins are such a vital part of life because without them we would have many health complications for example in men a deficiency in zinc or vitamin D could lead to prostate disease. One of the biggest nutrient deficiencies is anemia; which is classified as an iron deficiency. An iron known as Hemoglobin which transports oxygen to cells via red blood cells. Well hopefully by reading my post you have a minor understanding on the importance of multivitamins.
