Physical excercise
Physical excercise is a very important factor in living a healthy lifestyle. Health is defined as "a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity". Thy physical portion of this is crutial. Excercise can be the differing variable in many diseases. For example a 60 year old man who has lived his life excercising is less likely prone to heart disease. Than that of a man who has lived a life with no physical activity. There is a has been studies which prove the relation between cardiovascular health and excercise. Excercise can also decrease the production of cortesol in the body. Another contributing factor of excercise is the production of endorphins which are a natural pain reliever and pain reliever. So not only does excercise contribute to your physical health but also to your emotional health.
